The General Insurance Association of Singapore ( GIA ) encourages all Motorists to fill up the Singapore Accident Statement ( SAS ) Form at the scene of the accident whenever possible. Should you require any help in completing the form, please call the hotline which is printed on the front of the SAS form.

Thereafter, you need to check whether your insurer is a member of the IDAC scheme. If you are not sure, please call us at 6554 2288.

If your insurer is a member, please call IDAC hotline at 1800 8875151 to report the accident. You will be directed to go to the nearest IDAC centre to do a e-filing of your claim.

If your insurer is not part of the IDAC scheme, you are required to go to the insurer's office or their authorised workshops to do a e-filing of your claim.
